RENTAL AGREEMENT

Rental Period: Check out Wednesday and return on Monday

Cake Pan Rentals: 3 Days

Responsibility: Renter is responsible for the item rented from the time of the rental pick up to the time of the rental return. Any item rented that is lost, damaged, stolen, or missing pieces will result in the customer’s credit card being charged for the item damaged or lost. This includes the slip covers that are used to cover the cake stands. If the slip covers are not returned there will be a $5.00 fee per slip cover.

Cleaning: Rentals must also be returned to Blake’s Decorette Shop clean. Do Not place pans in the dishwasher. Wash in warm soapy water. If renting acrylic stands, please do not submerge in water. Please use cake boards under cakes so plates will not be marred by knives and serving utensils. Please return all rentals clean and with the slip covers (if renting a cake stand) or a cleaning fee will be charged.

If a longer rental period is needed, another rental fee will be charged. Failure to bring the rented item back when due WILL result in another rental charge and your credit card will be charged accordingly. Rental cancellation required one week (7 days) minimum notice. Failure to pick up your rental within 24 hours of the pickup date will result in forfeiture of the rental. No refunds or store credit will be issued for failure to pick up a rental.

When you arrive to pick up your rental you will be required to fill out a paper Rental Agreement, which we will keep for the duration of time you have the rental item (s).
