Traditionally made from almonds, confectioner's sugar, and egg whites, it is a splendid flourless, gluten-free alternative to standard celebratory cakes.

Set includes 6 graduated, heavy-duty, nonstick steel rings, specifically designed to make an 18 layer wedding cake.
