When requesting a Personalized Product keep in mind that we will try to customize the item to your request.
The following are the requirements and procedures for Personalized Cake Toppers:
1. Payment required before Personalized item can be made
2. Your request needs to be emailed to blakesdecoretteshop@gmail.com NO LICENSED, TRADMARKED, COPYRIGHTED OR LOGO IMAGES – unless we have written authorization sent to us.
3. Personalized Item will be ready for pick up 7 days (or sooner) after request has been approved and mocked-up (text will be sent with mock-up for review)
4. If there are any issues we will try to notify you asap via email or phone
5. If requested, we will notify you via email or phone upon completion
6. Please include the following information when requesting any personalized product.
a. Type of Personalized Item you are looking for.
b. Color requested.
c. Type of paper - glitter, glossy, or matte.
d. Size
e. Number for each item
f. After your item has been mocked-up and approved, a price will be given to you and you will need to go to the Cake Topper option that matches the price you were given and make your payment to finalize the sale.
